At Be Smooth, your time with us is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your appointment and the schedules of our guests and team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes.

Free cancellation or modification is available at anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of your appointment total.

No call no show will incur a charge of 100% of your appointment total.
