At Be Smooth, your time with us is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your appointment and the schedules of our guests and team, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Free cancellation or modification is available up to 24 hours before your appointment.

If you are running late, please call us before your scheduled appointment time; we allow a 10-minute grace period for every appointment, except for appointments 20 minutes or less.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of your appointment total.

No-call, no-show will incur a charge of 100% of your appointment total.
